New AZ house remodel

Sold our North Phoenix house and bought an older 1985 house on 1/2 acre, backs to golf course in Sun City West, 55+ retirement community.
Here's what we've been doing since arriving early November.

 Before we could start, had all leftover previous owners stuff hauled off, stuffed that trailer

 Roger removing oak décor before painting could be done

 Art work to be removed before hole in wall

 Living room and dining room before demo

 Tearing off pink and grey granite tiles from window sils

 Got bids for this tree and three fruit trees, $800, 1000 and $2300, so Roger said screw it, taking them down himself

 Removal of popcorn begins, 6 rooms total

 14ft peak in livingroom, very tall room

 Thank goodness, there's folks that do this, would take me months, two guys, 1 1/2 days

 Alittle outside color needed

 Lots of Travertine delivered today
